BEVERLY HILLS.- La película "Birdman" encabezó las nominaciones a los premios Oscar con nueve candidaturas, incluidas mejor director para el mexicano Alejandro González Iñárritu y mejor película, al igual que "The Grand Budapest Hotel", que obtuvo el mismo número de postulaciones.
La cinta argentina "Relatos Salvajes", una comedia de humor negro dirigida por Damián Szifrón con seis historias separadas sobre personas que pierden el control, fue nominada al premio de la Academia como mejor película en lengua no inglesa.
La Academia de Artes y Ciencias Cinematográficas entregará los premios Oscar en una ceremonia el 22 de febrero. El presentador será el actor Neil Patrick Harris.
